I disagree, Sheldon and Penny are complete opposites (not in the polar “opposites attract” way, no science humor!). They represent the different ends of the spectrum, AND they are the only male and female pair that truly care for each other, but are completely platonic. It is an almost impossible relationship, and they are the special ones. Leonard and Penny make me happy, it broke my heart when they ended.

But I love you, so keep up the fantasy :p
